伤科跌打巴布膏的研制及皮肤影响试验研究

摘　　要：目的:制备伤科跌打巴布膏并进行皮肤刺激性和过敏性研究。方法:采用正交设计法对伤科跌打巴布膏的制备基质配方进行优先研究,以确定最佳配比组合;通过健康豚鼠进行皮肤过敏性和刺激性试验观察。结果:伤科跌打巴布膏最佳基质配比聚乙烯醇0.6 g,羧甲基纤维素钠0.2 g,卡波普0.8 g,甘油-丙二醇1.2 mL;各组动物给药后72 h,在给药局部未出现红斑和水肿,也未见其他异常反应。结论:该制备工艺可行,疗效确切;伤科跌打巴布膏对健康豚鼠皮肤给药无刺激性和过敏性,临床使用安全。Objective:To prepare the traumatology department cataplasm and to execute skin irritation and allergy tests.Methods:The preparation matrix formula of traumatology department cataplasms was studied preferentially by orthogonal design method to enture the best ratio combination.Skin irritation and allergy tests were carried out on healthy guinea pigs.Results:The optimal matrix formula ratio of traumatology department cataplasms contained polyvinyl alcohol of 0.6 g,carboxymethyl cellulose sodium of 0.2 g,carbopol of 0.8 g and glycerol-propylene glycol of 1.2 mL.72 hours after administration of the animals in each group,no erythema,edema or other abnormal reactions were observed in the local administration.Conclusion:The preparation method is feasible,with obvious curative effects.The traumatology department cataplasm is not-irritating and allergic to the skin of healthy guinea pigs,and is safe for clinical use.
