摘 要:本文针对新疆地区工作的TBM掘进机出现无功补偿系统过热、烧毁和功率因数不高等故障,通过对当地电网、设备负载类型和工地实测数据分析,建立谐波下的等效电路模型,通过理论推导得出补偿系统发生故障的原因,以及配电距离较远的电网即弱电网对系统谐波的影响,依据分析结果提出无功补偿系统的优化方案,优化后的补偿系统投入工程使用后运行稳定。此故障的分析和优化方案为TBM掘进机的无功补偿系统提供了理论和设计参考。In view of such fault of TBM operating in Xinjiang as overheat,burnout and low power factor of the reactive compensation system,the equivalent circuit model under the harmonic is set up through the analysis of local power grid,load type of equipment and the actual measurement data at site.The reason for the failure of the compensation system and the influence of the power grid with a relatively long distribution distance(namely,the weak power grid)on the system harmonics are deduced.The optimization scheme for the reactive power compensation system is proposed based on the analysis result.The operation of the optimized compensation system is stable after being put into use.The analysis and optimization scheme of this fault provides theoretical and design reference for the reactive power compensation system of TBM.
