摘 要:晶闸管阀组是保证变压器式可控电抗器(CRT)能够正常工作的核心组成,对其结构研究也是CRT结构设计和制造的关键。论文首先基于CRT等效电路,计算CRT阀组的电压和电流,确定描述阀组结构的两个参数(并联级数和串联级数),并分析其影响因素;基于此提出以晶闸管阀组电流为自由量并赋以确定值来对CRT阀组结构进行设计,并给出设计过程。最后,在算例中,应用本文提出的设计阀组结构的方法,结合不同工作模式,计算CRT每级阀组对应的两个结构参数,并对比分析。结果说明:论文提出的以晶闸管阀组电流为自由量并赋以确定值来设计阀组结构的方法较为合理。在满足谐波要求的条件下,每级阀组结构的串联级数与工作模式、控制绕组级数和电流等因素有较大关系,并联级数与以上因素无关,只取决于给定的阀组电流大小。The thyristor valve group is the core element to assure normal operation of transformer type controllable reactor(CRT)and the study of its structure is also the key of structure design and manufacture of CRT.Firstly,the voltage and current of CRT thyristor valve group are calculated on the basis of equivalent circuit of CRT,the two structure parameters(parallel-connected number of stage and series-connected number of stage)describing the structure of CRT thyristor valve group is determined and its influencing factor is analyzed.Based on this,the method that the current of thyristor valve group is taken as the free quantity and assigned the definite value to design the structure of CRT thyristor valve block,is proposed and,at the same time,its design process is provided.Finally,in an example,two structure parameters corresponding to each thyristor valve group are calculated and analyzed under different operation modes by using the design method about thyristor valve block structure proposed in this paper.It is shown by the result that the method taking the current of thyristor valve block as the free quantity and assigning it to the determined value to design the structure of thyristor valve block is reasonable.Under the condition of meeting harmonic requirement,the series-connected number of stage for each thyristor valve block structure is closely related to the operation mode,control winding series and control winding current,while the parallel-connected number of stage is free from above factors and only depends on the magnitude of current of thyristor valve group.
