摘 要:近年来,对敏感工业过程进行电压暂降治理的前提是合理评估其电压暂降导致的经济损失,而敏感过程电压暂降免疫时间是评估体系中的关键信息。为提升过程暂降免疫时间评估方法的实用性,提出了响应信息流概念,并基于此提出了一种基于设备免疫力的过程免疫时间评估方法。该方法将暂降敏感工业过程视为一组合系统,依据系统中各部分的功能以及电压暂降响应特性将其分为延迟型、竞争型以及传导型3种模块组合结构,并对各模块响应传播延迟进行了刻画。根据模块对电压暂降响应的时间延迟与模块组合特性可确定暂降导致的响应信息流的传播路径,并评估过程免疫时间。最后通过实测案例分析,说明所提方法能够适用于敏感过程免疫时间评估。In recent years,the premise of voltage sag mitigation for sensitive industrial processes is to reasonably assess the economic losses due to voltage sag,while,voltage sag immunity time of the insensitive process is the key information of the assessment system.For improving the practicality of the immunity time assessment method of process sag,the concept of response information flow is proposed in this paper and,on this basis,a kind of process immunity time assessment method based on equipment immunity is proposed.This method takes the sag sensitive industrial processes as a combined system.According to the function of each part of the system and the response characteristics of voltage sag,it can be divided into such three modular combinations as delayed structure,competitive structure and conductive structure and the response propagation delay of each module is characterized.According to the delay time and module combination characteristics of module response to the voltage sag,the propagation path of response information flow due to sag can be determined and the process immunity time can be evaluated.Finally,it is stated by the actually measured case analysis that the proposed method can be applied to the sensitive process immune time assessment.
