摘　　要：重点介绍了氟硅材料企业在进出口贸易过程中可能面临的GHS法规、国际公约和申报注册相关的法规要求。通过对法规进行梳理,使氟硅材料企业更全面地了解法规要求,从而合理地规避法规风险,扫除贸易技术壁垒。This paper focuses on the GHS regulation,international conventions and the registration requirements which may be occurred during the importation and exportation activities for the enterprises engaged in fluorine and silicone materials business.Through the introduction of these regulations,the fluorine and silicone materials enterprises would have a more comprehensive understanding about the regulatory requirements and also can reasonably avoid the risks of the regulations,so as to remove the technical barriers during the process of trade.
