摘  要:目的:探讨高强度间歇训练和有氧运动对超重肥胖男大学生体成分和通气功能的影响。方法:将23名超重肥胖男大学生随机分为对照组、高强度间歇训练组和有氧运动组,共干预8周。干预前后评估所有受试者体成分和通气功能。结果:经过8周运动干预后,高强度间歇训练组和有氧运动组体重、身体质量指数(BMI)、体脂率(BF%)、内脏脂肪指数,FEV1(第1秒用力呼气量)明显高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义,但在瘦体重(FFM)和其他肺功能指标方面的变化并不明显(P>0.05)。结论:在超重肥胖男大学生中,适当的高强度间歇训练和有氧运动可以改善人体成分和部分肺功能。Objective:To observe the effects of high-intensity interval training and aerobic exercise on improving body composition and ventilation function of overweight and obese male college students.Methods:23 overweight and obese male college subjects are randomly assigned into control and two intervention groups.Two intervention groups receive high-intensity interval training and aerobic exercise for 8 weeks respectively,all the students′body composition and ventilation function are assessed before and after the study.Results:After 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training and aerobic exercise,there are significant reductions in body weight,Body Mass Index(BMI),body fat percentage(BF%),visceral fat index and significant increase in FEV1(forced expiratory volume in the first second)of the intervention groups compared with that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05),but no significant differences are detected in terms of Fat Free Mass(FFM)and other pulmonary functions indices except FEV1.Conclusion:for overweight and obese male college students,appropriate high-intensity interval training and aerobic exercise can improve their body composition and parts of lung functions.
