中草药活性成分改善乳腺疾病的研究进展

摘　　要：简述和分析了中西医对乳腺疾病的认识,如乳房的周期性变化,影响乳房周期变化的主要因素,乳腺疾病的发生机制。对传统天然植物活性成分对乳腺疾病的预防及改善作用进行了梳理和综述,如熟地黄、枸杞、黄精、党参等补气养血的药材可提高免疫力,抑制乳腺上皮细胞过度增殖,促进过度增殖的乳腺上皮细胞凋亡,缓解乳房胀痛,消减乳房肿块。中医药与西医对乳腺增生都有很多治疗方法,但至今尚没有可以彻底治愈的方法。建议患有乳房疾病的人多参加运动,保持心情愉悦,睡眠充足,降低乳腺疾病的复发。The research describes and analyzes the cognition of Chinese and western medicine on breast disease,such as the periodical change of the breast,main influencing factors of breast periodic variation,and the mechanism of breast diseases.The research summarizes the active ingredient of traditional natural plants on the prevention and improvement of breat diseases,i.e.prepared rehmannia root,matrimony vine and codonopsis pilosula can improve immunity,inhibit the excessive proliferation of mammary epithelial cells,promote the mammary epithelial cells apoptosis which are under over proliferation,relieve breast distending pain,and reduce breast lump.There are many treatment methods of Chinese and western medicine on hyperplasia of mammary glands,but there is still no complete curative method.It is suggested for people with breast disease to often participate in sports,keep in a good mood,have sufficient sleeping,and reduce the relapse of breast disease.
