摘　　要：为提高大豆面条生产效率和质量,分析了大豆面条生产线的组成及功能。按照工艺可划分为面条制作设备组,面条烘干设备组和面条包装设备组。其中,面条制作设备组包括研磨设备、和面设备、熟化喂料设备、挤压设备和挑竿上架设备。分析了自动控制技术在大豆面条生产中的应用,即以PLC为核心组成的自动控制系统,对设备的转速、温度、位置和启停等参数进行处理。利用PLC关键技术进行信息处理加工、过程闭环控制和I\O开关量控制,实现了高质效的生产目标。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of soybean noodle production technology,the research analyzes constitute and function of soybean noodle production lines.According to the technology,they are divided into noodle fabrication equipment group,noodle drying equipment group and noodle packaging equipment group.Among them,noodle fabrication equipment group includes grinding,knead dough,curing feeding,extrusion and pick rod shelves equipment.The analyzes the application of automatic control technology in soybean noodle production,i.e.automatic control system centered by PLC process the parameters,such as speed of revolution,temperature,location,and start and stop.In the paper,the utilization of PLC key technology can make information processing,process closed-loop control and I\O switching value control,and achieve high-quality production target.
