Curative Effect of Kirschner Wire Internal Fixation Treatment on Children with Supracondylar Fracture of Humerus Under C-arm Machine Fluoroscopy

摘　　要：探讨C臂机透视下复位克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。选取108例儿童肱骨髁上骨折患者,按照随机数字分组法分为实验组与对照组。实验组采用C臂机透视下闭合复位克氏针内固定治疗,对照组采用切开复位克氏针内固定治疗,获取两组手术、术后相关指标,并进行对比分析。实验组手术耗时、切口长度、术中失血量、平均住院天数、骨折愈合时间均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组的骨折恢复优良率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组术后并发症(肘外翻、肘内翻、神经损伤、缺血性肌挛缩)发生率经对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C臂机透视下复位克氏针内固定治疗儿童肱骨髁上骨折的疗效理想,手术相关指标优于切开复位克氏针内固定治疗方法,骨折恢复情况较好。The research explores the curative effect of Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment on children supracondylar fracture of humerus under C-arm machine fluoroscopy.108 children with supracondylar fracture of humerus are selected,and they are divided into experiment group and control group according to random number grouping method.Experiment group receive Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment under C-arm machine fluoroscopy,and control group receive open reducation Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment.Related indexes during and after operation are compared and analyzed.Operation time,length of incision,intraoperative blood loss volume,average hospitalization days and fracture healing time of experiment group are significantly better than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Fracture recovery good rate of experiment group is significantly higher than control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Through comparison,postoperative complication incidences(cubitus valgus,cubitus varus,nerve injury and ischemic contracture)of two groups are compared,with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).Kirschner wire internal fixation treatment on children supracondylar fracture of humerus under C-arm machine fluoroscopy has ideal curative effect.Operation related indexes are better than open reducation Kirschner wire internal fixation method.Fracture recovery situation is relatively good.
