改良根尖手术治疗慢性根尖炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：探讨改良根尖手术治疗慢性根尖炎的临床疗效。选取56例慢性根尖炎病例作为研究对象,按照患者的入院顺序随机分为对照组(进行传统的根尖手术治疗)和观察组(采用改良根尖手术治疗),每组各28例,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。观察组患者中只有1例失败,治疗成功率达96.42%,显著高于对照组患者的8例失败,治疗成功率71.42%(P<0.05)。此外,观察组患者的疼痛评分(2.99±0.28)分、症状缓解时间(5.47±1.88)d显著优于对照组患者的疼痛评分(4.19±0.38)分、症状缓解时间(8.68±1.07)d(P<0.05)。采用改良根尖手术治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者的口腔咬合功能。The research explores the curative effect of modified apical surgery for chronic apical inflammation.56 patients with chronic apical inflammation are selected as the research objects,and they are divided into control group(traditional apical surgery)and observation group(modified apical surgery)according to hospital admission order,with 28 patients in each group.Curative effects of two groups are compared.1 patient fails in observation group,and 8 patients fail in control group.The successful rate of observation group is 96.42%,which is significantly higher than 71.42%in control group(P<0.05).Pain score is(2.99±0.28),and remission time is(5.47±1.88)d in observation group,which are significantly higher than(4.19±0.38)and(8.68±1.07)d in control group(P<0.05).Modified apical surgery has significant curative effect,and it can effectively improve the patient’s oral occlusal function.
