摘　　要：A型行为类型与原发性高血压病的发生密切相关,它是高血压病发生及发展的独立危险因素之一。介绍A型行为类型原发性高血压患者用药依从性不良的国内外研究现状,积极干预A型行为原发性高血压病,提高患者的用药依从性,降低发病率和死亡率。调节自身情绪,纠正患者的A型行为,有益于控制血压达标率,降低心脑血管病的发生率,减少因病致残、致死率,对控制血压及并发症的预防有十分重要的临床意义。A behavior type is closely related with primary hypertension,and it is one of the independent risk factors of the occurrence and development of hypertension.The research introduces the research situation of adverse medication compliance of patients with A behavior type primary hypertension,actively intervene A behavior type primary hypertension,improve patient medication compliance,and reduce the morbidity and mortality.Adjusting emotion of one’s own and rectifying A behavior type are beneficial to control blood pressure target rate,reduce the morbidity of cardia-cerebrovascular disease,and decrease the cripple and fatality rate caused by diseases.So it has very important clinical significance of controlling blood pressure and preventing complications.
