摘 要:基于废旧轮胎的综合利用,将废旧轮胎破碎成具有一定形状和粒径的颗粒,用其代替部分矿料,以骨料的形式直接掺于沥青混合料中,通过室内试验对不同橡胶颗粒掺量下不同的成型工艺对沥青混合料压实特性的影响进行研究,通过测定试件的回弹率和空隙率来评价橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的压实特性。结果表明:随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加(1%、2%、3%、4%),沥青混合料马歇尔试件的回弹率和空隙率也随之增加,两者基本成线性关系;二次成型工艺要优于一次成型,在相同橡胶颗粒掺量的情况下,二次成型工艺(一次成型后待试件冷却至80℃左右后正反面击实50次)可以有效减小马歇尔试件的回弹率和空隙率,使试件更加密实;通过试验发现二次成型下,橡胶颗粒的掺量应控制在2%以内,过大的橡胶颗粒掺量会使所制作试件的空隙率不能满足规范要求。Based on the comprehensive utilization of waste tires,the waste tires are crushed into particles with a certain shape and particle size,which are used to replace part of the mineral material and directly mixed into the asphalt mixture in the form of aggregates.The mixing amount of different rubber particles is tested through indoor tests.The effects of different molding processes on the compaction characteristics of asphalt mixtures are studied.The compression characteristics of rubber granular asphalt mixtures are evaluated by measuring the resilience and porosity of the specimens.The results show that,with the increase of the amount of rubber particles(1%,2%,3%,4%),the rebound rate and void rate of the asphalt mixture Marshall specimens also increase,and the relationship between the two is basically linear;The secondary molding process is better than the primary molding.With the same amount of rubber particles,the secondary molding process(after the primary molding,the test piece is cooled to about 80℃and the front and back sides are compacted 50 times)can effectively reduce the Marshall test.The rebound rate and porosity of the parts make the specimens more compact;through experiments,it is found that under the secondary molding,the content of rubber particles should be controlled within 2%.Excessive mixing of rubber particles will cause voids in the manufactured specimens.The rate cannot meet the specification requirements.
