摘 要:汽车变速器的振动噪声已逐渐成为汽车振动噪声的主要来源之一,引起变速器振动噪声产生的激励源有很多种,其中,以轮齿啮合时产生的内部激励对振动噪声的影响最为显著。因此,以齿轮系统内部激励响应为研究重点,对齿轮系统在啮合时所受到的综合动态力:误差激励、轮齿刚度激励、啮合冲击激励进行理论分析及数值计算。最后介绍了与振动噪声产生关系最为密切的传递误差概念及计算公式。本研究对汽车变速器齿轮系统振动噪声的控制以及减振降噪措施的研究具有重要的现实意义。The vibrationnoise of automobile transmission has gradually become one of the main sources of vehicle vibration and noise.There are many kinds of excitation sources that cause the vibration noise of transmission,among which the internal excitation generated by gear meshing has the most significant impact on the vibration noise.Therefore,focusing on the internal excitation response of the gear system,the theoretical analysis and numerical calculation of the comprehensive dynamic forces of the gear system in meshing,including error excitation,gear stiffness excitation and meshing impact excitation were carried out in this paper.Finally,the concept and calculation formula of transmission error which are most closely related to the generation of vibration noise were introduced.This study has important practical significance for the control of vibration noise of automobile transmission gear system and the research of reducing measures of vibration noise.
