摘 要:通过高温固相法在1400℃下制备了系列Ca_(4)Si_(4)N_(2)O_(9):0.009Dy^(3+)黄色荧光粉。通过XRD,激发光谱和发光光谱研究了样品的结构和发光性能。XRD图像表明在该温度下合成了纯相的Ca_(4)Si_(4)N_(2)O_(9)。从激发光谱和发射光谱可以看出,样品可被386nm的紫外光有效激发,发出位于487nm和575nm的蓝光和黄光。通过测试不同Dy^(3+)离子的浓度样品的发射光谱,得到了最佳掺杂浓度,并研究了样品的浓度猝灭机理。结果表明,该样品可以作为高穿透性LED用黄色荧光材料。A series of Ca_(4)Si_(4)N_(2)O_(9):0.009Dy^(3+)yellow phosphor was prepared at 1400℃for 4h using high temperature solid state method.The structure and luminescent property of samples were investigated by XRD patterns,excitation and emission spectra.The XRD patterns showed that single phase Ca_(4)Si_(4)N_(2)O_(9)was obtained at this temperature.This phosphor could be excited by UV light and emission blue and yellow light at 487 and 575 nm respectively.The optimal doping dosage of Dy^(3+)at the matrix is 0.009 and the concentration quenching mechanism was obtained by measuring the emission spectra of samples with different Dy^(3+)ions.The results indicated that this phosphor could be used as yellow materials for white LED with higher penetrability.
