摘  要:张双楼煤矿74102工作面东北部出现7煤、9煤煤层合并,造成底煤厚度增大,冲击危险性增加。针对工作面范围底煤卸压技术难题,提出了煤层合并区工作面底煤超深孔注水卸压耦合防冲技术,研究了张双楼煤矿煤层注水物理力学性质、破坏模式与含水率之间的关系,得到了最佳注水参数。现场微震监测表明,工作面底煤注水卸压后,小能量为主的矿震震动次数显著增多,大能量震动事件减少,验证了卸压参数的合理性,降低了冲击危险性,保证了工作面的安全回采。The coal seams of the No.7 and No.9 coals in the northeast of the 74102 working face of Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine have merged,causing the thickness of the bottom coal to increase and the risk of impacts.Aiming at the technical problem of pressure relief of bottom coal in the working face range,the coupling anti-scouring technology of ultra-deep hole water injection pressure relief for bottom coal of working face in coal seam combined area was proposed.The laboratory had studied the relationship between the physical and mechanical properties of coal seam water injection in Zhangshuanglou Coal Mine,the failure mode and the water content,and the optimal water injection parameters had been obtained.On-site microseismic monitoring showed that after water injection and pressure relief of coal at the bottom of the working face,the number of small energy-based mine shocks increased significantly,and large-energy vibration events were reduced,which verified the rationality of pressure relief parameters,reduced the impact risk,and ensured work safe mining of the noodles.
