摘  要:针对曲型分段建造时外板板架的吊装、装配过程在传统吊装工艺存在局限性,以某散货船的曲型外板板架为例,探讨起吊设备对其脱胎、翻身、大组整个吊装过程中影响作业效率的因素。在传统吊装工艺的基础上,结合现场实际情况,优化并设计新的吊装方案,使船体曲型外板板架的吊装作业更加便捷、高效。In view of the limitation of traditional lifting technology in the lifting and assembling process of the outer shell plate in curved section construction,taking the outer shell plate of a cargo ship as the object,the influence of lifting equipment on the working efficiency in the whole lifting process of its spitting,turning over and large group was discussed.On the basic of traditional lifting technology and combined with the actual situation on work site,a new lifting scheme was optimized and designed to make the lifting operation of hull curved shell plate more convenient and efficient.
