摘 要:为了提高埋弧自动焊的焊接效率和质量,以某FPSO机舱分段平台板拼板的Y型坡口埋弧自动焊为例,采用反面定位焊接,对比传统的正面定位法和改进后的反面定位法,从定位焊要求、埋弧焊特性、碳刨特点和反变形控制等方面分析作业过程、工作量和利弊,结果表明,利用胎架进行拼板的Y形坡口埋弧自动焊采用反面定位法有一定的施工优势,埋弧自动焊中的I形和X形坡口也可采用反面定位法。In order to improve the submerged arc welding efficiency and quality,the submerged arc welding of type Y groove for a FPSO engine room block platform was taken as an example,which used reverse positioning welding.The improved reverse positioning method was compared with the traditional frontal positioning method,from views of requirements of tack welding,characteristics of submerged arc welding,gouging and the deformation control,workload,advantages and disadvantages.The results showed that the reverse positioning method of submerged arc welding of type Y groove has a certain construction advantage with the jig,and the reverse positioning method can also be used in the submerged arc welding of type I and type X groove.
