摘　　要：根据海事论坛发布的最新版本的系泊设备指南,综合某油船的系泊布置要求,以及进行指南中的相关章节,特别是新增内容的规定,对各个位置的系泊设备及附件进行调整,最终得到满足相关要求的系泊布置。Mooring arrangement of a certain tanker was designed and optimized according to the latest version of Mooring Equipment Guide(MEG4)issued by Oil Companies International Maritime Forum(OCIMF).According to the mooring requirements of the tanker,and the stipulations in relevant chapters in the guide,especially the new contents,the mooring equipment and accessory at each position was adjusted,so as to obtain the mooring arrangement plan,which meets the relevant requirements.
