摘　　要：目的分析生长抑素对急性胰腺炎患者外周血单核细胞胱天蛋白酶募集域蛋白9(CARD9)、B细胞淋巴瘤因子-10(BCL-10)水平的影响。方法124例急性胰腺炎患者依据随机数字表法分为2组,对照组(n=62)行常规治疗方案,研究组(n=62)在常规治疗的基础上使用生长抑素。比较2组外周血单核细胞CARD9、BCL-10水平、炎性因子、胰腺体部血流指标、血清胰腺消化酶水平。结果2组治疗后外周血单核细胞CARD9、BCL-10水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组外周血单核细胞CARD9、BCL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血肿瘤坏死因子、白介素-6、血白细胞水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组血肿瘤坏死因子、白细胞介素-6、血白细胞水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后血流量、血容量水平均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),毛细血管表面通透性明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组血流量、血容量水平高于对照组(P<0.05),毛细血管表面通透性水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后胰蛋白酶原2、胰淀粉酶、胰脂肪酶水平均明显低于治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组胰蛋白酶原2、胰淀粉酶、胰脂肪酶水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论急性胰腺炎患者在接受常规治疗基础上应用生长抑素,对外周血单核细胞CARD9、BCL-10水平的调节作用较为明显,可有效减轻炎症,改善胰腺血流、消化功能。Objective To investigate the effects of somatostatin on the levels of peripheral blood monocyte caspase recruitment domain-containing protein 9(CARD9)and B-cell lymphoma-10(BCL-10)in patients with acute pancreatitis.Methods A total of 124 patients with acute pancreatitis were divided into control group(n=62)and research group(n=62)according to random number table.The patients in control group received routine treatment,however,the patients in research group,on the basis of control group,were treated by somatostatin.The levels of CARD9 and BCL-10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells,inflammatory factors,blood flow indexes in pancreas and serum pancreatic digestive enzymes were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the levels of CARD9 and BCL-10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),moreover,which in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).And the levels of tumor necrosis factor,interleukin-6 and white blood cells in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),moreover,which in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the blood flow and blood volume levels in both groups were significantly increased(P<0.05),however,the surface permeability of capillaries was significantly decreased(P<0.05),furthermore,the blood flow and blood volume levels in research group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and the surface permeability of capillaries was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of trypsinogen 2,amylase and tryptolipase in both groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05).In addition the levels of trypsinogen 2,amylase and tryptolipase in research group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin can regulate the levels of CARD9 and BCL-10 in peripheral blood mononuclear cells on the basis of routine treatment in patients with acute pan
