摘　　要：高校青年教师价值观正确与否是高等教育深化改革成败的关键性因素之一,而对青年教师价值观的正确引领和培养是保证完成立德树人根本任务的重要前提。新媒体时代背景下,高校工会应抓住探索青年教师价值观引领路径的重要机遇,在塑造价值观、建立科学管理评价机制、弘扬榜样示范效应以及提升教师综合素质等方面深化服务职能,助力青年教师在职业道路上的健康成长。Whether the values of young college teachers are correct has become a key factor for the success or failure of the deepening reform of higher education.The cultivation of young teachers’values is an important precondition for the completion of the task to enhance morality and foster talents.In the era of new media,college unions should seize the opportunity to explore the leading path to cultivate young teachers’values.By establishing scientific management and evaluation mechanisms,promoting role models and improving teachers’comprehensive quality,the unions will be able to improve their service and assist young teachers in their careers.
