摘　　要：高校辅导员处在高校思想政治教育工作的一线阵地,辅导员工作是大学生思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分。能否做好辅导员工作,关系到大学生的健康成长、学校的稳定发展、中国特色社会主义事业发展的动力来源。时代在变,新时代的大学生也有各自不同的特点,为适应这种变化,辅导员需要不断地更新认知和提高业务能力。Counselors are in the front line of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and their work is an important part of the ideological and political education of college students.Whether this work can be well done is related to the healthy growth of college students,the stable development of the school,and the power source of the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The times are changing,and college students in the new era also have different characteristics.In order to adapt to this change,counselors need to constantly update their cognition and improve their professional ability.
