摘　　要：专业课程思政是高校落实立德树人根本任务的重要举措,是培养思想政治觉悟高、专业素养强的青年学生的重要抓手。该文以半导体物理课程为例,从四个方面分别剖析课程思政与专业课的深度融合方法。课程思政与专业课的有机结合可以为培养思想政治表现良好、道德品质高尚的中国特色社会主义建设高水平人才打下坚实的基础。The ideological and political education of professional courses is an important way to carry out the fundamental task of establishing morality and fostering talents in colleges and universities.It is an important method for training young students with high ideological and political awareness and strong professional literacy.Taking semiconductor physics as an example,this paper analyzes the deep integration method of ideological and political education and professional courses from four aspects.The combination of ideological and political education and professional courses can lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of high-level talents of socialism with Chinese characteristics who have good ideological and political performance and noble moral quality.
