摘 要:研究背景:乡村创业正当时,农村籍大学生出于“家国情怀”纷纷投身乡村创业,由于社会对农村籍大学生有着传统的角色认定,他们“逆势”返乡之举,在社会上引发强烈角色化冲击。研究内容:运用角色化理论,剖析大学生返乡创业活动所创制的角色本真;揭示其角色化感知偏差形成的现实动因;就如何矫正角色偏差提供建议。研究目的:消除大学生返乡创业角色偏差,引导积极合理的角色评价,树立大学生返乡创业角色良好形象,发挥角色内化与外化功能。Research background:Rural college students turn to the country to start a business based on the“feelings of home and country”when it is time to start a business in the countryside.Because of the identification of traditional role of rural college students,their behavior of“bucking the trend”to return to their hometowns has created a strong impact on the society.Research contents:Applying the Role Theory,it analyzes the role authenticity created by college students’returning home to start their own businesses,reveals the realistic motivation formed by the deviation of role perception,and provides suggestions on how to correct the deviation.Research goal:Eliminating the role deviation of college students’returning home to start their own businesses,guiding the positive and reasonable role evaluation,establishing a good image of college students’returning home to start their own businesses,and playing the part of role internalization and externalization.
