摘 要:针对环境作用下金属结构表面易发生广布腐蚀损伤,并对其自身强度产生影响这一问题,通过元胞自动机方法得到结构表面的腐蚀损伤形貌图,用开源计算机视觉库(OpenCV)结合图像分析技术对含腐蚀损伤结构的边界信息进行提取,依据提取信息建立计算模型,采用光滑点插值方法(S-PIM)对含腐蚀损伤结构的内部应力进行求解。结果表明:光滑点插值法与图像分析技术相结合可计算出含广布腐蚀损伤结构内部的应力分布,为环境作用下结构强度的定量分析提供新方法。Due to the widespread corrosion damage of metal structure under service environment and their sesrious effect on strength of metal,the corrosion damage topography of the structure was obtained by the cellular automata method.The boundary information of corrosion damage structure was extracted using the open source computer visual library(OpenCV)combined with image processing technology.The calculation model of corrosion damage structure was established according to the boundary information of corrosion damage structure,and the smoothed point interpolation method(S-PIM)was used to solve the internal stress of the structure.The results show that the combination of S-PIM and image analysis can effectively calculate the stress distribution of corrosion damaged structures under service environment,which provides a new approach for the stress analysis of structures with widespread corrosion damage.
