摘  要:单独添加钼酸钠、硝酸镧及两者复配调整锌-锰系磷化液成分,在16Mn钢表面制备4种不同磷化膜。用扫描电镜对磷化膜表面形貌和成分进行表征与分析,用测厚仪测量不同磷化膜厚度,将电化学与浸泡试验相结合对不同磷化膜的耐蚀性进行测试。结果表明:单独添加钼酸钠、硝酸镧及两者复配对磷化膜的化学成分无显著影响,但不同磷化膜表面形貌、厚度和耐蚀性差异明显。单独添加钼酸钠、硝酸镧可改善磷化膜致密性,使其厚度减少、耐蚀性提高。钼酸钠与硝酸镧复配制备的磷化膜表面更平整致密,厚度约为8.7μm,腐蚀电位正移到-501.2 mV,腐蚀电流密度降至8.46×10^(-6)A/cm^(2),极化电阻增至2.71×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2),在NaCl溶液中浸泡相同时间腐蚀较轻,耐蚀性更好。Four different zinc-manganese phosphating films were prepared on the surface of 16 Mn steel by adding sodium molybdate,lanthanum nitrate alone and the compound of sodium molybdate and lanthanum nitrate to adjust the components of zinc-manganese phosphating solution.The surface morphology and chemical components of different phosphating films were characterized and analyzed by scanning electron microscopy,the thicknesses of different phosphating films were measured by thickness meter,and the corrosion resistance of different phosphating films was tested and evaluated by electrochemical test combined with immersion test.The results show that the addition of sodium molybdate and lanthanum nitrate alone and the compound of sodium molybdate and lanthanum nitrate have no significant effect on the chemical components of phosphating films,while the surface morphology,thickness and corrosion resistance of different phosphating films are significantly different.The addition of sodium molybdate and lanthanum nitrate alone can improve the compactness of phosphating films and reduce the thickness of phosphating films,thus the corrosion resistance of phosphating films improves.The phosphating film prepared with the compound of sodium molybdate and lanthanum nitrate presents more smooth surface with thickness of 8.7μm and exhibits better corrosion resistance,the corrosion potential move to-501.2 mV,the corrosion current density decreases to 8.46×10^(-6)A/cm^(2)and polarization resistance increase to 2.71×10^(3)Ω·cm^(2).Corrosion degree of this phosphating film is relatively light when immersed in sodium chloride solution for the same time.
