摘 要:用靶试研究不同增强相体积分数的非晶复合材料弹芯穿甲威力。结果表明:随增强相体积分数由65%增至70%、75%、88%(密排),非晶复合材料密度从14.8 g/cm^(3)增至15.5、16.1、17.1 g/cm^(3),动态压缩强度从2842 MPa增至3013、3098 MPa,后降至3000 MPa,非晶复合材料弹芯的平均穿深由57.8 cm增至58.7、61.8、69.7 cm。提高增强相体积分数有利于提高弹芯的穿甲稳定性、穿甲速度,使弹芯穿甲威力增大。The armor piercing power of amorphous composites with different strengthening phase volume fractions were studied by the armor-piercing test.The results show that with the volume fraction of the reinforcing phase increase from 65%to 70%,75%,and 88%(close packed),the density of amorphous composite improves from 14.8 g/cm^(3)to 15.5 g/cm^(3),16.1 g/cm^(3),and 17.1 g/cm^(3),the dynamic compressive strength increases from 2842 MPa to 3013 MPa,3098 MPa,and then decreases to 3000 MPa,meanwhile,the average penetration depth of the amorphous composite penetrators increases from 57.8 cm to 58.7 cm,61.8 cm,and 69.7 cm.The increase of the volume fraction of reinforcement phase helps to improve armor-piercing stability and armorpiercing speed,and accordingly the armor-piercing power of the penetrators increases.
