替硝唑联合清胃散加味在慢性牙周炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的文章旨在研究替硝唑联合清胃散加味对慢性牙周炎的治疗效果分析。方法实验选取2018年11月-2019年8月间于医院口腔科就诊的确诊为慢性牙周炎的患者共计132例,将患者应用随机数字表法平均分成两组,其中观察组与对照组各66例。对照组进行常规口服替硝唑胶囊消炎治疗,观察组在对照组常规替硝唑治疗的基础上加服清胃散加味,服药2周为一疗程,治疗2疗程后对比两组患者的治疗有效率、牙周袋深度及牙龈出血指数情况。结果观察组患者总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.033,P=0.005);观察组治疗后牙周袋深度及牙龈出血指数均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(t=14.337;10.245,P=0.000;0.000);观察组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(χ^(2)=4.117,P=0.042)。结论替硝唑联合清胃散加味对慢性牙周炎的诊疗效果良好。Objective To study the effect of tinidazole combined with Qingwei powder on the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods Selected 132 cases of patients diagnosed with chronic periodontitis with chronic periodontitis in our hospital from November 2018 to August 2019,divided into two groups by random number table method,including the observation group and the control group.66 cases in each group.The control group was given regular oral tinidazole capsule anti-inflammatory treatment,and the observation group was given Qingwei powder plus flavor on the basis of the regular tinidazole treatment of the control group.After taking the medicine for 2 weeks as a course of treatment,the treatment efficiency of the two groups was compared after 2 courses of treatment.Periodontal pocket depth and gum bleeding index.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.033,P=0.005);the depth of periodontal pocket and gingival bleeding index in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant Scientific significance(t=14.337;10.245,P=0.000;0.000);the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(χ^(2)=4.117,P=0.042).Conclusion Tinidazole combined with Qingwei powder has a good effect on the diagnosis and treatment of chronic periodontitis.
