微型钛板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨微型钛板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折的护理方案及其效果。方法纳入医院2018年1月—2019年3月收治的行微型钛板内固定术的下颌骨骨折患者58例为对象,单盲法将研究对象分成对照组和观察组,各29例:用常规护理方案干预对照组患者,护理内容主要是各项基础护理;而观察组患者接受围手术期综合护理,护理内容强调以患者为中心,基于患者手术期实施科学合理的综合护理,包括术前心理指导和术中护理配合、术后康复护理。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果观察组的护理总有效率比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型钛板内固定术治疗下颌骨骨折时,采用围手术期综合护理的作用显著,由于下颌骨的生理解剖位置特殊,所以在患者接受手术治疗的过程中实施及时有效的护理服务非常重要,对患者语言及咀嚼功能恢复有着积极作用,可为患者的骨折愈合提供良好的条件,防止其他异常情况的出现。Objective To explore the nursing plan and effect of micro titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of mandibular fracture.Methods 58 cases of mandible fracture who were treated with mini titanium plate internal fixation from January 2018 to March 2019 in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group by single blind method,29 cases in each group:patients in the control group were intervened with routine nursing plan,and the main nursing content was basic nursing;patients in the observation group received comprehensive nursing during perioperative period,with emphasis on patients Based on the patients'operation period,we should carry out scientific and reasonable comprehensive nursing,including preoperative psychological guidance,intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative rehabilitation nursing.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing is significant in the treatment of mandible fracture with mini titanium plate internal fixation.Due to the special physiological and anatomical position of mandible,it is very important to implement timely and effective nursing service in the process of patients receiving surgical treatment,which has a positive effect on the recovery of patients'language and mastication function,and can provide good conditions for the fracture healing of patients to prevent other abnormal conditions.
