农业社会化服务与农业生产效率的灰色关联度分析——以新疆为例

摘　　要：主要研究了1994-2018年新疆农业社会化服务水平和农业生产效率之间的关系.首先运用熵值法对此期间农业社会化服务水平进行测度,其次采用数据包络分析法(DEA)对农业生产效率进行测度,最后运用灰色关联度分析模型测度农业社会化服务体系中各分项服务与农业生产效率之间关联度.结果表明新疆农业社会化服务整体水平显著提升;新疆农业生产效率平稳上升;各分项服务与农业生产效率关联度排序中前两位为农机服务、农业信息化服务,这主要是由于新疆地广人稀,农业机械化作业可以有效提高农业规模效率,而农业信息化服务则通过促进信息沟通水平来提高农业生产效率.This paper mainly studies the relationship between agricultural socialized service level and agricultural production efficiency in Xinjiang from 1994 to 2018.Firstly,we used entropy method to measure the level of Agricultural Socialization Service in Xinjiang.Secondly,data envelopment analysis method(DEA) was adopted to evaluate the agricultural production efficiency.Finally,the relationship between agricultural socialized service level and agricultural production efficiency was analyzed by Grey Correlation Analysis Model.The results show that the overall level of agricultural socialized services in Xinjiang has improved significantly;the agricultural production efficiency in Xinjiang has increased steadily;the first and two rank in the degree of correlation between socialized service and agricultural production efficiency are agricultural machinery service and agricultural information service,which may caused by the actual situation that small population for a large area in Xinjiang,so mechanised agriculture operations can improve the efficiency of agricultural scale,and agricultural information services can improve the efficiency of agricultural production by improving the level of information communication.
