摘　　要：介绍了散热器面板拉深模的设计方法,模具采用倒装结构,压边力由冲床气垫提供。成形面板四周料流阻力不平衡会导致拉深缺陷或无法成形,通过设置拉深筋实现料流阻力平衡,防止拉深缺陷产生,且拉深筋的形状与位置实际试压后进行修正。The design method of drawing die with inversion structure for radiator face plate was in⁃troduced,and the blank holder force was provided by the punch air cushion.The unbalanced flow resistance around the face plate could lead to drawing defects or failure to form,and the balance of flow resistance could be achieved by setting draw bead to prevent drawing defects.The shape and position of draw bead should be corrected after the actual pressure test.
