摘  要:以材料成型及控制工程专业为例,对来华留学生的高素质创新型人才培养模式进行探究,从高等教育国际化平台建设、国际化师资队伍建设、“新工科”背景下的高等工程人才培养体系建设以及材料成型及控制工程(国际教育)专业课程建设4个方面开展深入分析并提出可行性措施,为培养满足国际化需要、具有扎实专业知识与工程实践能力的高素质创新型国际化人才提供理论参考。Taking the major of material forming and control engineering as an example,the training model of high-quality and innovative talents for international students in China was explored.From the construction of the international platform of higher education,the construction of inter⁃national faculty,the construction of higher engineering personnel training system under the back⁃ground of"new engineering",and the construction of material forming and control engineering(in⁃ternational education)specialized courses,the in-depth analysis and feasible measures were put forward.It provided theoretical reference for cultivating high-quality and innovative international talents who met the needs of internationalization,had solid professional knowledge and engineer⁃ing practice ability.
