摘  要:为探究那曲市某牦牛养殖场病牛发病的主要原因,试验在该养殖场无菌采集10份患病牦牛的鼻拭子,对所采集的鼻拭子进行细菌分离培养与鉴定,并对分离细菌进行药敏试验。结果表明:分离纯化的细菌为革兰氏阴性短杆菌,生化试验初步鉴定为溶血性曼氏杆菌,测序结果与GenBank中其他溶血性曼氏杆菌比对,基因相似性为97%~98%;分离菌株对环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、红霉素、新霉素、丁胺卡那、头孢唑啉、四环素7种药物高度敏感,而对复方新诺明、多西环素、卡那霉素、青霉素、苯唑西林,庆大霉素耐药。说明该养殖场牦牛感染了溶血性曼氏杆菌,且该菌具有一定的耐药性。In order to explore the main cause of the disease in a yak farm in Nagqu City,10 nasal swabs from the sick yak in the farm aseptically were collected in this experiment,and the collected nasal swabs were conducted for bacteria isolation,culture,identification,and separated bacteria were tested for drug sensitivity.The results showed that the isolated and purified bacteria was Gram-negative brevibacterium;biochemical test identified it as Mannheimia haemolytica.The sequencing results were compared with other Mannheimia haemolytica in GenBank,and the homology was 97%-98%.The isolates were highly sensitive to 7 drugs such as ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin,erythromycin,neomycin,amikacin,cefazolin and tetracycline,while were resistant to compound sulfamethoxazole,doxycycline,kanamycin,penicillin,oxacillin,and gentamicin.The results suggested that the yak of the farm had effected Mannheimia haemolytica,and the bacteria had certain drug resistance.
