摘 要:为了评价披碱草(Elymus dahuricus Turcz.)和野大麦(Hordeum brevisubulatum Link)及其杂交新品系牧草P_(13)[(披碱草×野大麦)×野大麦]、Y_(33)[(野大麦×披碱草)×野大麦]间幼苗的耐盐性,试验以上述4个牧草品种为材料,设置0(CK)、1%、2%、3%4个盐浓度梯度,每隔2 d更换一个浓度,在处理前及处理后的第3,6,9天测定4种材料(野大麦、披碱草、P_(13)、Y_(33))的丙二醛含量、相对含水量、细胞膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量、叶绿素含量,综合评价4种牧草品种的耐盐性,采用灰色关联度分析法分析4种牧草品种的各指标与耐盐性的关联度。结果表明:随盐胁迫强度的增大,披碱草和野大麦及其杂交新品系幼苗丙二醛含量、细胞膜相对透性、游离脯氨酸含量呈增加趋势,而相对含水量、叶绿素含量呈下降趋势;打分法综合评价各材料的耐盐顺序为野大麦>Y_(33)>P_(13)>披碱草;模糊隶属函数法综合评价各材料的耐盐顺序为野大麦=Y_(33)>P_(13)>披碱草。灰色关联度分析表明5个生理指标的关联度值均较高,都可作为评价野大麦和披碱草及其杂交新品系受盐胁迫的鉴定指标。说明新品系Y_(33)和P_(13)的耐盐性强于亲本披碱草。In order to evaluate the salt tolerance of grass seedlings between new lines forage P_(13)([Elymus dahuricus×Hordeum brevisubulat-um]×Hordeum brevisubulatum),Y_(33)([Hordeum brevisubulatum×Elymus dahuricus]×Hordeum brevisubulatum)and its parents(Hordeum brevisubulatum,Elymus dahuricus),the above four forage varieties were used as materials and four salt concentration gradients of 0(CK),1%,2%and 3%were set up in the experiment,every 2 d replaced a concentration.The malondialdehyde content,relative water content,relative permeability of cell membrane,free proline content and chlorophyll content of four materials(Hordeum brevisubulatum,Elymus dahuricus,P_(13),Y_(33))were measured before treatment and on the 3 rd,6 th and 9 th day after treatment.The salt tolerance of the four forage varieties was comprehensively evaluated by scoring method and fuzzy membership function method.The grey correlation analysis method was used to analyze the correlation between the indexes and salt tolerance of four forage varieties.The results showed that with the increase of salt stress intensity,MDA content,relative permeability of cell membrane,and free proline content of Elymus dahuricus,Hordeum brevisubulatum and their new hybrid lines increased,while relative water content and chlorophyll content decreased.The order of salt tolerance of each material by scoring method was as follows:Hordeum brevisubulatum>Y_(33)>P_(13)>Elymus dahuricus.The order of salt tolerance of the materials evaluated by fuzzy membership function method was:Hordeum brevisubulatum=Y_(33)>P_(13)>Elymus dahuricus.According to the grey correlation analysis,the correlation degree values of the five physiological indexes were all high,which could be used as the identification indexes of Hordeum brevisubulatum,Elymusdahuricus and their new hybrid lines under salt stress.The results indicated that salt tolerance of Y33 and P13 was stronger than that of Elymus dahuricus.
