摘 要:为了开发具有免疫功能的益生菌,试验将80只体重相近的健康20日龄东北白鹅雏鹅随机分为8组,每组10个重复,每个重复1只,1组为对照组(饮水不处理),2~8组分别在饮水中添加由黑龙江八一农垦大学动物科技学院微生物实验室分离的枯草芽孢杆菌单菌及复合菌制剂Gln、C34、J2I3C5、I3C5、I3C5J3、C5、J2C5。所有组均饲喂基础日粮,试验期为8周。各组分别在第4,8周末采血分离血清,测定雏鹅血清白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、α-干扰素(IFN-α)、γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的含量,分析不同益生菌对鹅血清中细胞因子浓度的影响。结果表明:第4周末时,饲喂C5、J2C5菌制剂的雏鹅血清IL-2的含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饲喂C34、I3C5J3菌制剂的雏鹅血清TNF-α含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。第8周末时,饲喂I3C5J3菌制剂的雏鹅血清IL-6含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饲喂C34菌制剂的雏鹅血清IL-10含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);除饲喂Gln的雏鹅外,饲喂其余菌制剂的雏鹅血清TNF-α含量和IFN-α含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);饲喂J2C5菌制剂组雏鹅血清IFN-γ含量与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。说明益生菌制剂具有提高雏鹅血清中细胞因子浓度及提高雏鹅免疫机能的功能。In order to develop probiotics with immune function, 80 healthy 20-day-old Northeast White Geese goslings with similar weight hatched at the same time were randomly divided into 8 groups, with 10 replicates in each group and 1 gosling in each replicate. Group 1 was the control group, and drinking water was not treated. From 2 to 8 groups, the single bacillus subtilis and compound bacteria preparations Gln, C34, J2I3C5, I3C5, I3C5J3, C5 and J2C5 isolated from the Microbiology Laboratory of The College of Animal Science and Technology, Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University were added to the drinking water. All groups were fed with basic diet. The experimental period was 8 weeks. Serum samples were collected from each group at the end of 4 th and 8 th week, and the contents of cytokines interleukin 2(IL-2), interleukin 6(IL-6), interleukin 10(IL-10), tumor necrosis factor(TNF-α), interferon α(IFN-α) and interferon γ(IFN-γ) in serum of goslings were measured, and the effects of different probiotics on the concentration of cytokines in gosling serum were analyzed. The results showed that at the end of the 4 th week, the content of IL-2 in serum of goslings fed with C5 and J2C5 bacteria preparations was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05). The content of TNF-α in serum of goslings fed C34 and I3C5J3 bacteria preparation was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05). At the end of the 8 th week, the content of IL-6 in serum of goslings fed with I3C5J3 was significantly different from that of the control group(P<0.05). The content of IL-10 in serum of goslings fed C34 bacteria preparation group was significantly different from that of control group(P<0.05). Except fed Gln group, the contents of TNF-α and IFN-α in serum of goslings fed with other bacteria preparations were significantly different from those of control group(P<0.05).
