摘 要:针对旋转弹引信外弹道环境力逐渐衰减的基本特征,对引信惯性发火机构传统的弹道保险技术在保险能力、惯性灵敏度、弹道环境力等进行了比对,提出利用离心环境实现引信惯性发火机构弹道保险功能的结构形式,并进行了简要分析与对比。离心弹道保险的能力随外弹道延伸逐渐减弱,与外弹道上的环境力变化规律相近,外弹道全程的保险能力与弹道环境力同步降低,具有近距离安全性好、远距离灵敏度高的技术特征。离心弹道保险技术可以有效抑制弹丸扰动引起惯性体在外弹道上的活动度,提高旋转弹引信的弹道安全性;触及目标时弹体转速骤降,对引信的惯性发火灵敏度有利。The fuze with inertial ignition control function need to use reasonable ballistic safety technology to balance the contradiction between the inertial ignition sensitivity and ballistic safety.It was described that the basic characteristics was the external ballistic environmental forces of the rotating projectile gradual attenuation,compared the ballistic insurance capacity of the original ballistic arming technology with the ballistic environmental force,then the structure of ballistics insurance using centrifugal force was proposed.The ability of centrifugal ballistics arming decreases with the extension of the external trajectory and the environmental force variation of the external trajectory was consistent.Under the premise of ensuring the reliability of the target,the arming performance of the whole trajectory was improved.The centrifugal ballistic insurance technology could effectively improve the ballistic safety of the inertial rotating projectile.
