摘 要:针对钟表保险机构类引信振动试验后不能解除保险的问题,提出了引信钟表保险机构采用具有弧形槽结构的驱动板。该结构能够改善惯性块的受力,消除驱动板部件造成的压力,使惯性块仅受支撑弹簧的抗力,能够较稳定地抵靠在盖板上,消除应力集中,减小了振动过程中的磨损,保证引信惯性保险能够可靠解除,同时引信的安全性也得到一定的提高。理论分析和试验验证表明,采用这种结构的钟表保险机构在振动试验前后均能正常解除保险,因此弧形槽结构驱动板能够有效提高钟表保险机构抗振动性能。In view of the problem that the fuze clockwork arming device could not be armed after the vibration test,this paper proposed a drive plate with an arc groove structure.This method could improve the force of the inertia block,thus to eliminate the pressure caused by the drive plate components,which made the inertia block only bear the resistance of the support spring and stably against the cover plate for eliminating stress concentration,and reduced the wear during vibration process.It ensured that the fuze inertia arming device could be reliably armed,and the safety of fuze was improved to a certain extent.Theoretical analysis and test verification showed that the proposed clockwork arming device could be normally armed before and after vibration test,which could effectively improve vibration resistance performance ofclockwork arming device.
