摘 要:在烧结点火后适当时机与位置在料面喷洒蒸汽(或水汽混合物),对烧结过程起到强化作用。机理分析认为,喷入蒸汽在燃烧带,C与H_(2)O反应生成了H_(2)、CO或CO_(2)。CO少部分还原铁矿石,大部分与上部空气下传的O2发生燃烧反应,生成CO_(2)更彻底,提高了废气中CO_(2)/(CO+CO_(2))的比值,即提高了燃料利用率。蒸汽在燃烧带进行各种物理化学反应后,实际上发生了元素转移,蒸汽中的O元素转移到CO_(2)中,CO_(2)中的O不是全部来源于上部空气的O2,部分来自H_(2)O,上部空气中的O2更多地用于燃烧反应,燃烧速度加快。H_(2)O与C反应生成的H_(2)与CO都是强还原剂,它们对铁矿石进行还原反应,生成FeO甚至金属铁。烧结矿的FeO含量将增加,可节约混合料配炭。化学反应生成的气态H_(2)O与喷入的H_(2)O蒸汽都具有加快传热传质作用而强化烧结。工业试验表明,在烧结机点火后适当时机开始喷吹蒸汽,平均蒸汽用量3.84 kg/t,烧结增产率达到1.64,固体燃料降低了1.67 kgce/t,节能率达到4.21,返矿率降低了0.26,转鼓指数上升了0.12;增加蒸汽喷吹量后,废气中O2含量减少,CO_(2)含量增加,CO含量减少,燃烧比[CO/(CO+CO_(2))]降低,燃料利用率[CO_(2)/(CO+CO_(2))]提高。Steam(or water vapor mixture)injection on the material surface at appropriate time and location after sintering ignition can strengthen the sintering process.The mechanism analysis shows that C and H_(2)O react to form H_(2),CO or CO_(2)with the steam injection in the combustion zone.A small part of the CO reduces iron ore,combustion reaction occurs among most of the CO and O2 from the upper air transmission which generate CO_(2)more thoroughly,which increases the ratio of CO_(2)/(CO+CO_(2))in the exhaust gas and improves the fuel utilization rate.The vapor actually transfers the elements after various physical and chemical reactions in the combustion zone,the O element in steam is transferred to CO_(2),the O element of CO_(2)is not all from the upper air O2,and part is from H_(2)O,the upper air O2 is more used for combustion reaction which accelerates the combustion speed.H_(2)and CO from the reaction of H_(2)O and C are both strong reductants that reduce iron ore into FeO and even metal iron,the sinter FeO content will increase,which can save the carbon blending of the mixture.Both the gaseous H_(2)O generated by chemical reaction and the injected H_(2)O vapor have the effect of accelerating heat and mass transfer and strengthening sintering.Industrial tests show that steam is injected at suitable time after the sintering machine is ignited,and the average steam consumption is 3.84 kg/t,the sintering yield increasing rate reaches to 1.64,the solid fuel is reduced 1.67 kgce/t,and the energy saving rate reaches to 4.21,the return fines ratio decreases 0.26,and the drum index increases 0.12.After increasing the amount of steam injection,the O2 content in the exhaust gas decreases,the CO_(2)content increases,the CO content decreases,the combustion ratio[CO/(CO+CO_(2))]decreases,and the fuel efficiency[CO_(2)/(CO+CO_(2))]improves.
