摘  要:针对涟钢6号高炉控制系统,存在硬件备件不兼容、设备老旧等因素造成控制系统故障频发的问题,在满足原有控制系统功能的前提下,采用对软硬件升级、服务器模式、功能优化与功能完善等改造方式,对控制系统进行优化升级。升级后的系统,充分满足了6号高炉的工艺需求,不仅改善了高炉炉况,降低了吨铁消耗,减少了人工维护量及操作工作量;同时降低了故障率,为高炉稳顺生产带来了积极的作用。In view of the control system of BF#6 at Lianyuan Steel,the failures of the control system occurred frequently due to the incompatibility of hardware and spare parts and the aging of equipment,on the premise of satisfying the original function of the control system,the software and hardware upgrading,server mode,function optimization and function improvement had been adopted in order to optimize and upgrade the control system.The upgraded system fully meets the needs of the process which does not only improve the blast furnace conditions,reduce the consumption and the amount of manual maintenance and operation,but also reduce the failure rate and bring positive effect to the stable production of the blast furnace at the same time.
