摘 要:以废弃物鱼鳞为原料、磷酸为活化剂制备了鱼鳞活性生物炭,研究了鱼鳞活性生物炭对孔雀石绿的吸附性能,并对吸附过程进行了动力学和热力学分析。结果表明,鱼鳞活性生物炭对孔雀石绿有较好的吸附效果,在吸附温度为40℃、吸附时间为150 min、孔雀石绿初始浓度为1500 mg·L^(-1)、孔雀石绿溶液体积为25 mL、鱼鳞活性生物炭投加量为0.1 g时,孔雀石绿去除率可达99.43%。鱼鳞活性生物炭对孔雀石绿的吸附过程符合准二级动力学方程,热力学分析表明鱼鳞活性生物炭对孔雀石绿的吸附是吸热、熵增、自发进行的吸附过程。Using waste fish scale as a raw material,phosphoric acid as an activator,we prepared fish scale biological activated carbon.Moreover,we studied the adsorption performance of fish scale biological activated carbon to Malachite Green,and carried out the kinetic and thermodynamic analyses.The results show that fish scale biological activated carbon has a good adsorption efficiency to Malachite Green,and the removal rate of Malachite Green can reach 99.43%under the conditions as follows:the adsorption temperature of 40℃,the adsorption time of 150 min,the initial concentration of Malachite Green of 1500 mg·L^(-1),the Malachite Green solution volume of 25 mL,and the dosage of fish scale biological activated carbon of 0.1 g.The adsorption process that fish scale biological activated carbon adsorbs Malachite Green fits the quasi-second order kinetic equation.The thermodynamic analyses show that the adsorption process is endothermic,entropy increasing,and spontaneous.
