摘 要:海岛配电网位于传统交流配电网末端,存在供电电源单一、网架结构薄弱和分布式能源利用率低等问题,同时还存在配电网的运行状态切换困难以及内部多设备控制模式和控制目标协同配合复杂等难题。为了提升系统的运行能力,应用级联型电力电子变压器(power electronic transformer, PET)构建海岛交直流混合配电网。通过分析实际工程的应用需求,综合考虑并设计PET控制架构及其策略,满足双向功率传输、双向启动、多运行模式及其切换等要求,并在回转器模型基础上增加直流电压前馈环路提升PET的响应特性。系统实验结果表明,PET可实现海岛交直流混合配电网的可控互联,有效提升其功率传输的灵活性和适应性,并为其安全可靠运行提供有力支撑。The island distribution networks, which are located at the terminals of the traditional AC distribution networks, have the problems of single power supply, weak grid structure, and low distributed energy utilization. At the same time, there are also difficulties in switching of the operating status of the distribution networks and the coordination of internal multi-devices control modes and control objectives. In order to improve the system operating capability, an AC/DC hybrid distribution network for island was constructed by applying cascaded power electronic transformer(PET). By analyzing the application requirements of the actual projects, the PET control architecture and strategy are comprehensively considered and designed to meet the requirements such as bidirectional power transmission, bidirectional startup, multioperating modes, and their switching;meanwhile, the DC voltage feedforward loop is added on the basis of the gyrator mode to improve the response characteristics of PET. The system test results show that PET can realize the controllable interconnection of the island AC/DC hybrid distribution networks, effectively improve the flexibility and adaptability of the power transmission and provide strong support for the safe and reliable operation of the distribution networks.
