摘　　要：目的:总结妇科肿瘤病人加速康复围术期护理的最佳证据,为妇科护理人员提供参考,以优化妇科肿瘤围术期临床护理路径。方法:检索Up to Date、BMJ、the Cochrane Library、PubMed、中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普数据库中关于妇科肿瘤快速康复围术期护理措施的所有指南、临床决策、系统评价、证据总结、专家共识及原始研究。检索时间为建库至2020年8月1日。由3名经过系统循证护理学方法培训的研究员对文献质量进行评价和证据提取及等级评定。结果:经专家一致判断,汇总出18条妇科肿瘤快速康复围术期的最佳证据,包括术前、术中和术后的预康复、营养、多模式镇痛、伤口感染、康复、出院途径及审计报告等方面的各项最佳证据。结论:本研究为妇科护理人员提供了妇科肿瘤快速康复的循证依据,建议临床护士在对证据进行应用时,根据所在医院的实际情况、临床条件以及病人意愿,采用相应级别的证据。Objective:To summarize the best evidence on nursing of rapid recovery after surgery gynecological tumor during perioperative period,and to provide reference for nursing staff in gynecology,so as to optimize the clinical nursing path of gynecological tumor during perioperative period.Methods:All guidelines,clinical decisions,systematic reviews,evidence summary,expert consensus and original studies on perioperative nursing measures of rapid recovery after surgery in gynecological tumor were retrieved from Up to Date,BMJ,the Cochrane Library,PubMed,CNKI,WanFang database and VIP database.The retrieval time was from inception to August 1,2020.Three researchers undergoing in systematic evidence-based nursing methods training,were selectecl to evaluate the quality of the literature,extract evidence and estimate grading.Results:According to the consensus of experts,18 pieces of best evidence of fast recovery of gynecological tumor during perioperative period,were summarized,including perioperative pre rehabilitation,nutrition,multimodal analgesia,wound infection,rehabilitation,discharge route,audit report.Conclusion:This study provides evidence-based basis on rapid recovery after surgery ofter surgery of gynecological tumors for nurses in gynecology.It is suggested that clinical nurses should adopt the corresponding level of evidence according to the actual situation of the hospital,clinical conditions and patients′wishes when applying the evidence.
