摘 要:就任意方向的平面电磁波从各向同性介质入射到任意取向的单轴晶体表面的情况,给出了晶体表面两侧反射波和透射波、反射率和透射率更加普遍且具体的解析表达式.利用MATLAB仿真研究了在不同参数条件下平面电磁波从空气入射到方解石表面时反射率和透射率规律,对比得到如下结论:当方解石绕光轴旋转会影响o光和e光的透射率大小,但不会影响反射率大小;当入射波电矢量方向改变时,反射率和透射率都要发生改变.分析得出在不同参数条件下反射波和透射波都满足能量守恒定律,在一定条件下方解石不仅可以实现光波选择,而且可实现偏振分离,偏振度可达到90%,能为晶体器件的设计提供借鉴.Regarding the incident of a plane electromagnetic wave in any direction from an isotropic medium onto a uni-axial crystal surface of any orientation,the more general and specific analytical expressions for the reflected and transmitted waves,reflectivity and transmissivity on both sides of the crystal surface are presented.By use of MATLAB simulation,the reflectivity and transmissivity laws of plane electromagnetic waves incident from air projected on the surface of calcite under different parameters are put under examination and compared and some useful conclusions are thus obtained:when the calcite rotates around the optical axis,it will affect the transmissivity of o-light and e-light,but not the reflectivity;yet when the direction of the incident wave electric vector changes,both reflectivity and transmittance will change.The analysis finds that the reflected wave and the transmitted wave are in accord with the law of conservation of energy under conditions of different parameters.Under certain conditions,calcite can not only perform the selection of light waves,but also the polarization separation,and the polarization degree can reach 90%,which can find application in the design of crystal devices.
