摘　　要：本文针对本科院校实习平台建设进行探讨,针对食品专业的特殊要求,指出了实验室-校内实习基地-校外实习基地的关系,以及实习平台校内基地与校外基地错位建设的途径.同时指出校内外实习平台的持续发展的前提是相辅相成,双方得益,所以学校在用好校外实习基地的同时,也要做好对企业的科技服务.This paper discusses the construction of practice platform in undergraduate colleges and universities,points out the relationship between laboratory,on campus practice base and off campus practice base according to the special requirements of food specialty,and points out the ways of dislocation construction of on campus base and off campus base of practice platform.At the same time,it points out that the premise of the sustainable development of the practice platform inside and outside the school is mutual benefit,so the school should make good use of the practice base outside the school,at the same time,it should also do a good job of science and technology services for enterprises.
