摘 要:为研究钽球缺药型罩毁伤元成型规律,通过爆轰波碰撞理论和马赫高度计算模型分析了起爆半径对毁伤元成型的马赫超压和马赫高度的影响;利用LS-DYNA有限元程序研究了钽球缺药型罩结构参数(内曲率半径、外曲率半径、罩壁厚)对毁伤元成型的影响。结果表明,中心单点起爆可以形成EFP,环起爆半径为0.8倍装药半径可形成杆式EFP;毁伤元速度和密实度与药型罩内曲率半径呈正相关,与药型罩外曲率半径和药型罩壁厚呈负相关,毁伤元长径比与药型罩内外曲率半径以及壁厚呈负相关;在药型罩内曲率半径R1和外曲率半径R2关系为1.04<R2/R1<1.08,药型罩壁厚在0.036~0.040倍装药直径的条件下,可形成两种模式的较优侵彻体,杆式EFP对45#钢靶的侵彻深度比EFP提高了71.9%。To study the forming characteristics of the penetrator of tantalum hemispherical liner,the influence of detonation radius on the Mach overpressure and Mach height of the damage element was analyzed through the detonation wave collision theory and the Mach height calculation model.Using the LS-DYNA finite element software,influence of structural parameters(inner radius of curvature,outer radius of curvature,and wall thickness)of the tantalum hemispherical liner on the forming of damage element was studied.The results show that the central single point detonation can form EFP,and the ring detonation radius of 0.8 times the charge radius can form rod EFP;the velocity and density of the penetrator are positively correlated with the radius of curvature of the liner,the radius of curvature of the liner and the liner thickness is negatively correlated,and the length-to-diameter ratio of the penetrator is negatively related to the radius of curvature inside and outside and the liner thickness;the relationship between the radius of curvature R1 and the outer radius of curvature R2 is 1.04<R2/R1<1.08.When the thickness of liner is 0.036-0.040 times the diameter of the charge,two ideal penetrators can be formed.The penetration depth of the rod EFP to the 45#steel target is 71.9%higher than that of the EFP.
