摘　　要：近年来,我国医疗行业发展十分迅速,对高素质人才的需求也不断增加.实现对高素质医疗人才培养的提升,就需要高校做好医学生的教育工作.但由于受到诸多因素的影响,医学生在人文关怀方面普遍存在不足.本文针对医学生人文关怀精神的影响因素进行分析,并提出人文关怀精神的培养途径,希望对高素质医学人才培养提供帮助.In recent years,China's medical industry has developed rapidly,and the demand for high-quality talents is also increasing.To improve the training of high-quality medical talents,it is necessary for colleges and universities to do a good job in the education of medical students.However,due to the influence of many factors,medical students generally lack of humanistic care.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of humanistic care spirit of medical students,and puts forward the cultivation ways of humanistic care spirit,hoping to provide help for the cultivation of high-quality medical talents.
