摘  要:煤沥青族组分的基础物性对其衍生炭材料的质量提升具有极大的影响。以正庚烷、甲苯、喹啉为萃取剂,采用单溶剂萃取法分别对中温沥青(AGMP)进行萃取分离,得到3种族组分,分别为正庚烷可溶组分(HS)、甲苯可溶组分(TS)和喹啉可溶组分(QS)。利用元素分析和傅氏转换红外线光谱分析(FTIR),结合分峰拟合处理方法对3种组分的分子结构信息进行研究,利用TG/DTG对其热解特性进行分析,并利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对相应热解产物的微观结构进行研究。结果表明:HS、TS、QS的芳香性指数和支链化指数依次增加,热解剩余质量依次增加而最大失重速率依次减小。3种可溶组分热解产物的微观结构均表现出良好的片层结构和纤维状结构,可作为优质炭材料的前驱体。The basic physical properties of group component in coal tar pitch have great effects on the promotion of quality in its’derived carbon materials.Three kinds of group compositions named as n-heptane solubles(HS),toluene solubles(TS),and quinoline solubles(QS)have been obtained by the method of single solvent extraction with the medium coal tar pitch(AGMP)as raw material.Utilizing ultimate analysis and Fourier transform infrared spectrum analysis(FTIR),combining with curve-fitted method,the molecular structure of three components were studied.The pyrolytic property and microstructure of pyrolysis products have been analyzed by TG/DTG and scanning electron microscope(SEM),respectively.The results show that the aromatic index and branched chain index of HS,TS and QS have been gradually increased.The residue mass of these three components after pyrolysis have been improved,but the maximum rate weight loss have been decreased.Additionally,the microstructure of the pyrolytic product was all mainly consisted with plane layer structure and fibrous structure.In other words,these three kinds of group components from medium coal tar pitch are the good precursors to produce high-quality carbon material.
