摘  要:通过金相显微镜和扫描电镜对具有不同带状组织等级的S355J2W(H)耐候钢板的显微组织进行观察;测试了不同温度下该钢的冲击性能和拉伸性能。结果表明:带状组织对S355J2W(H)耐候钢板拉的冲击性能影响较大。带状组织严重的板材横向冲击性能比板材的纵向冲击功降低150 J左右,尤其是低温冲击韧性明显降低。其主要原因在于带状组织内珠光体局部应力集中而萌生裂纹,在受力情况下裂纹沿珠光体和铁素体界面扩展并开裂。The microstructure of S355J2W(H) weathering steel sheet with different band microstructure grades was observed by OM and SEM. The impact properties and tensile properties of S355J2W(H) weathering steel at different temperatures were tested. The results show that the band structure has great influences on the impact properties of the S355J2W(H) steel sheets. The transverse impact toughness of the steel sheet is 150 J lower than that of the longitudinal toughness, especially the low temperature impact toughness significantly reduces. The main reason is that the local stress concentration of pearlite in the banded structure results in the initiation of cracks and the crack propagates and fractures along the interface between pearlite and ferrite under the stress.
