摘  要:采用强流脉冲离子束辐照的改性方法研究了其对Ti Al N涂层刀具的表面改性效果。使用1.5、2.3 J/cm2的强流脉冲离子束对试样进行1、5、10次辐照实验。结果表明,试样表层产生大量龟裂状裂纹。随着辐照次数和脉冲能量的增加,试样表层微裂纹逐渐减少,取而代之的是沸腾状的烧蚀孔洞。辐照后,试样的表面显微硬度和耐磨性均得到了提高,试样的表面显微硬度最高提高了24.9%,耐磨性最高提高了25.5%。The modified method of high intense pulsed ion beam(HIPIB) irradiation was used to research its effects on the surface of Ti Al N coated tool. The cutting sample was irradiated by HIPIB at the energy densities of 1.5 J/cm2 and 2.3 J/cm2 and shot numbers of 1, 5 and 10 pulse. The results show that the surface of the sample generates a large number of cracks.With the increase of irradiation times and pulse energy, the micro-cracks on the sample surface gradually decrease, which is replaced by boiling holes. After irradiation, the surface microhardness and wear resistance of the sample improve. The microhardness of the sample surface increases by 24.9% in maximum, and the wear resistance increases by 25.5% in maximum.
