摘 要:在用普通热处理的方式制造25MnVK钢高强度圆环链时存在着变形不均、使用寿命不太理想的问题,但磁场热处理可有效改善这些问题。因此,将25MnVK钢在800℃下淬火、200℃下回火时分为两组,分别进行普通热处理和磁场热处理,区别是磁场热处理在淬火过程用充磁机对淬火槽充磁后再淬火。采用金相显微镜、硬度计等观察和检测25MnVK钢的组织和力学性能。结果表明,磁场热处理能改善25MnVK钢的力学性能,尤其是强韧性效果,并且可改善马氏体的组织。25 MnVK steel high strength circular chain prepared by ordinary heat treatment has the problems of uneven deformation and unsatisfactory service life. However, magnetic field heat treatment can effectively improve these problems.Therefore, when quenching at 800 ℃ and tempering at 200 ℃, 25 MnVK steel is divided into two groups: normal heat treatment and magnetic field heat treatment respectively. The difference was that magnetic field heat treatment uses magnetizing machine to magnetize the quenching tank before quenching. The microstructure and mechanical properties of25 MnVK steel were observed and tested by metallographic microscope and hardness meter. The results show that, magnetic field heat treatment can improve the mechanical properties of 25 MnVK steel, especially the effect of strength and toughness,and improve the microstructure of martensite.
