摘 要:研究辣木叶黄酮对过度训练小鼠抗疲劳的功效。将小鼠随机分为5组(共50只,每组10只),分别为辣木叶黄酮低剂量组[100 mg/(kg·d)]、中剂量组[200 mg/(kg·d)]、高剂量组[400 mg/(kg·d)]、模型组[蒸馏水100 mg/(kg·d)]和对照组[红景天西洋参胶囊200 mg/(kg·d)],连续灌胃8周,同时通过跑台训练建立小鼠过度训练模型,辣木叶黄酮各剂量组与模型组和对照组进行比较,评价过度训练小鼠抗疲劳能力相关指标。结果显示:与模型组比较,辣木叶黄酮各剂量组小鼠运动后体内肝糖原和肌糖原储备量、血清和肝组织中过氧化氢酶活力、超氧化物歧化酶活力及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力显著升高(P<0.05),血清中乳酸含量、尿素氮含量、乳酸脱氢酶活力、肌酸激酶活力和丙二醛含量显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,辣木叶黄酮中、高剂量组没有显著差异。表明辣木叶黄酮具有缓解运动性疲劳的作用。The anti fatigue effects of flavonoids from Moringa oleifera leaves on overtraining in mice was studied.The mice were randomly divided into five experimental groups(50 mice,10 in each group),which were fla-vonoids from Moringa oleifera leaves low-dose group [100 mg/(kg·d)],medium-dose group [200 mg/(kg·d)],high-dose group [400 mg/(kg·d)],model group [distilled water 100 mg/(kg·d)] and control group [rhodiola and American ginseng capsule 200 mg/(kg·d)]. The mice were gavaged and overtraining for 8 weeks,then the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups were compared with the model group and control group to evaluate the levels of anti-fatigue. The results indicated that,compared with the model group,the reserve of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen in the low-dose,medium-dose and high-dose groups significantly increased and the activity of catalase,superoxide dismutase and glutathione peroxidase significantly increased in serum and liver tissue(P<0.05). In addition,the levels of lactic acid,urea nitrogen and malondialdehyde significantly decreased and the activity of lactate dehydrogenase and creatine kinase significantly decreased in serum(P<0.05). Furthermore,compared with the control group,all differences were not significant in the medium-dose and high-dose group. Flavonoids from Moringa oleifera leaves can relieve sports fatigue.
